Match the failure to the role
Unfinished opening: complete the footprint before judging damage output. A device obstructed by your own pieces: change its placement or the obstructing construction before replacing it. Only one useful position: add an independent fallback where your available equipment permits. An approach still reaching you after those fixes: inspect the current available item descriptions and try one change from a comparable state. No role here implies a particular named item, cost or unlock.
Check useful coverage
Watch the approach actually used during a wave. Check whether the equipment you intended to use engages it and whether new construction has changed that. Move or rebuild one obstructing part, then retry. Do not assume the large golden device in a thumbnail reaches farther or gives better damage per cost; the art is promotional. Keep a player movement route clear while improving coverage.
Compare without fake efficiency
For two options in your inventory, first compare the current visible description and your actual access to them. Place one change, test a comparable starting state, and note what fails first. Then compare the alternative. Keep boosts, active weapon use and wave difficulty separate. A later wave cleared after several purchases does not isolate one item's effect.
Avoid a shared failure
Two devices behind the same obstructing wall may have the same weakness. A second position is useful only if you can reach it and it can still engage a relevant approach. Place according to observed access/coverage rather than an unverified range circle. Boss pressure and offline fighting deserve separate checks; success in one mode does not prove the others.
Before a purchase
Official game passes include names such as RPG, Minigun and Lightning Gun [BEST]. An offer name and listed Robux price do not establish ordinary unlocks, damage, cooldown or superiority. Confirm the current offer in Roblox if you choose to buy; this guide makes no paid-item requirement.
